Matt’s vocals and lyrics really shine here. This is more the Bullet I know, and more. A great guitar solo tops it all off for a very enjoyable track. To sum it up, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of this CD and find it a waste of my money. Bullet For My Valentine does some things right, but a lot more wrong here.

Something that not many people touch on is the fact that Bullet For My Valentine smartly structured their songs in a palatable fashion. Outside of “Tears Don’t Fall” and “The End”, all tracks clock in under 4:07 – putting to rest the problem of heavier forms of metal sometimes not being accessible to outside audiences.

It's fun to listen to, and the guitar work sure is nice. The vocals are good as well, as main singer has a good voice, melodic and screamed, well supported by the screaming of the bassist. Still, something seems to be missing. Maybe it's because it's not really new and innovative material.
