The "Malfunction Indicator Light" not check engine light is on. I tried to check the codes by doing the on/off key sequence, (Yes I did it 3 times and left the key on the 4th), and nothing came up. No "done" message nothing. The only thing different is that I let the gas go down to 1/4 tank. First time since I bought the Jeep new.

Also of note is that about 3 weeks ago they had to change my PCM board. I was getting the no-start-up issue. That has been resolved with the new board. Not sure maybe they knocked something loose while doing that. Thoughts or comments are appreciated.
Attachments. There is a 4X4 switch that is screwed in to the trans on the drivers side that needs to be changed. This sets off the light when you engage the 4wd. That is ofcourse if there is no damage to the transfercase itself. You have about a 5% chance that the light is blown on the dash. Its located on the back side under the clock spring internal under the Steering wheel. remove the signal and wiper control arms 2 screws each. I removed the steering wheel air bag make sure battery cables are removed from battery. Remove the airbag cables.
