Had my used ex-motability 62 XTR e-Hdi automatic 4 weeks and Stop/ Start never worked. Read post about the battery needing to be fully charged. I have a CTEK XS 0,8 trickle charger and after a 24 charge it showed the battery fully charged and working properly. Drove off and Stop/start worked immediately.

Berlingo 2.0 hdi models of this age with siemens injection are fitted with a 5ws40025 e-t ecu. The last 2 letters pertaining to the type of software fitted ive been told. Ive seen many for sale ending ct.ft.ht.gt and the like the et version being a bit scarce and only fitted to berlingo/partner models.
I've since tried again to start and it worked so it seems the same problem (not starting after running for some time) exists but it isn't the starter. During this recent hot weather have had a couple of EML warnings pop up on the van which have thrown up the code P3008 'Airflow higher than recommended' On checking with Lexia the Measured Airflow was 0467mg/stroke and the Reference Airflow is showing as 0405mg/stroke.
