I think the issue for me was that the browser didn’t have the permissions to open up the client for a google sign in. Logged into riot in browser using my google account then added a username and password in settings. From there I could log into the client directly rather than through google.
Seems it's Riot's fault if there's this many people experiencing it. Sorry Rito, youre not awfully shit company. Just a shit company now. Looks like it's one of the methods riots using to crack down on the bit problem. Like giving everyone captcha means 90% of current botting systems won't be able to login.

Hey guys I think I figured it out. Some people are having data issues where log files are growing in size. Me and a couple of friends had to clear league files. Everyone check your folders one of us had a 90gb log file.

Right-click the Windows icon on the desktop and then click on Task Manager from the pop-up menu. Scroll down the items in the Task Manager to find RiotClientServices.exe, RiotClientUx.exe, and LeagueofLegends.exe. Then, right-click on them and choose End task from the elevated menu. Go to your C:\Riot Games folder and delete the VALORANT and Riot Client folders. Just send them to the recycle bin and then empty the recycle bin. Press Win + R, type in %programdata% and hit enter, find the Riot Games folder and remove it. Restart your computer. Launch the game again and see if your issues persist.
You add a summoner name to your friends list that includes special characters, which can cause your entire friends list to disappear. To resolve these issues, remove the affected friend from your friends list, have them remove you from their list, then add one another again. This should sync your lists and clear up any issues.
